Donuts Anybody?

Hey my loves, sorry I didn't post anything up in April. To be honest alot of stuff has been happening in my personal life that is not too fun to talk about but it's getting better. Besides that I hope you all doing great and craving some sweets because I have a post for you today. It's about donuts, California Donuts to be exact.

It all started on Instagram, I saw so many people taking pictures of these good looking donuts and they were getting more popular everyday.  I live in LA so I'm used to Randy Donuts or Krispy  Kreme Donuts. I never heard of California Donuts before which is a big surprise especially since I live in California and it's in the LA area. Did I forget to mention it's 24 hour donut shop.....24 HOUR OPEN .. DONUTS! WHAT!?   So I had to try them out.

I told Christina about these awesome donuts. She was excited and ready to get some with me! So we decided to go at night like around 8-9pm and holy moly the line was so long. We couldn't find parking and it was a complete mess the first time we tried to go. Sadly we couldn't find any parking because how busy it was so we left.

We tried the next week and my sister came along with us. I'm going to thank her because she is my good luck charm. We found parking and we ran into the line. We're so happy were going to finally try out these beauties!

*Mouth waters*

My face is so poker face here but i swear I'm so excited for these cute darn donuts. lol It didn't take along time at all , before we knew it we're in the front of the line staring at the delicious donuts!

Okay so how we ordered our donuts was quite different, we just point out which donuts we wanted  behind the glass and the lady will bag them for you. and if you want have 3 donuts you put 3 fingers up and point at the donuts you want. She can't hear you and we can't hear her but I felt like we have special bond , a donut bond! lmao

They don't only have donuts here,  They also have crossiants sandwiches, cupcakes, cookies,cheescake, smoothies, and alot more. Here is a small menu of what they got!

It's chow time! I really really wish I took a picture of our first reactions of biting into these delicious soft heaven in every tiny bite donuts. I'm not playing,  These are the best donuts ever! EVER! I'm not going to lie at first when I see all these donuts, I thought its going to be hella sweet. All the candy, icing and cereal bits, i thought it was going to be overpowering but instead there are literally perfect. It's not too sweet at all.   The dough is so soft and fluffy ,  it's doesn't really have a sweet taste to the dough. It taste like soft pastry dough with the perfect amount of sweetness from the icing and the toppings. 

It's absolutely amazing! The struggle to find parking is real but rewarding yourself to delicious treat is so worth it.  I hope you all enjoy these donuts.I reccomended everyone to go and treat themselves. It's honestly  better than Randy's and Krisy Kreme. I'm sorry but you'll have new competition now and California Donuts snatched the trophy when ya'll was sleeping.  lmao xD

So I feel  bad for not posting anything for April in the actual month of April soooo I'm going to give you guys more treats.  lol Here are the places that I go out to eat the most with my friends. It's going to be small lil  snippets of my life ( phone pics) and where I go to eat!

Christina and I come over to eat over here all  the time.We looove this Ramen Stop. It's honestly the best ramen I ever had. It can be quite expensive if you get a lot of items in your ramen but it's all worth at the end because your tummy is warm , full and satifised!

Christina and I barely talked while eating this.  We were amazed by how everything taste.  The fried chicken is juicy, crunchy filled with some much flavor.  It was the perfect fried chicken.  The waffle is soft and it taste like *sigh* amaaaazing!!! :O I want some right now as I type this! The Mac and Cheese was so on point!!! I was so full, I barely ate the cornbread.  OMG!!! <3 Love in every single bite and very afforable! :3
